    Thats part of the problem. The other part is the dishonesty in recruiting. If coaches were honest in their living room conversations, expectations would be better set and disappointment more easily...

    True. I dont want to take all the responsibility from the player. I just think the rules should be similar for the player and coach. And kids pour most of their childhood working to get the skills...
