I agree with a lot of what you saying, but think conditioning has less to due with facilities, and to do with practice schedule and regiment.

I haven’t seen much of Lsu this year, just part of the florida game, but I would tend to agree with Boxerdog. Miami, Florida State, Virgina Tech, and Usc are the speed defenses. Especially Miami.
