    Re: ID not required

Kind of like I figure that some people stumbled across some BS text that was written centuries after Jesus' life that say he was married :D . I see it as nothing more than heresay that has no real...

    Re: ID not required

Is it a fact? I am pretty sure it was still called a theory when I was in school. Did it become a scientific law at some point because I am searching to find the date, but I cannot find it? Salty,...

    Re: ID not required

Dang you DD with your verbage critique, but yeh that is what I meant. I meant theories, not proven science. Get off of my back!!!!!

    Re: ID not required

I think that is what many have been saying on here all along. It takes as much faith or belief to believe in science and evolution as it does to believe in the Almighty.

    Re: ID not required

I basically agree. This body of mine will break down one day and will be no more, but my spirit will go on. My physical body wasn't made to be eternal, but my spirit was. So, when I think of God's...

    Re: ID not required

Here is another thought, me just thinking, what are suitable conditions for life. In our solar system, it is oxygen, etc. Would that be needed in other solar systems or by other beings from another...

    Re: ID not required

You imagine it went something like that? Hmmm...I guess I could imagine anything. Since cells can mutate, I guess we could nearly imagine anything but that is the flaw. You are just imagining. ...

    Re: ID not required

Cells might can mutate, but until they make some amoebas turn into intelligent life form, you can take that theory and keep it, I dont want any of it. It is ludicrous to me.

    Re: ID not required

It seems like a bunch of theory and guesses to me, never much of a science guy. Yes, I do find it hard to believe that over millions of years that a single-celled organism can become what we have...

    Re: ID not required

So, you truly believe we all evolved from single-celled organisms, I just find that ridiculous. As whacky as my belief in God is, I still find it much saner then that.

    Re: ID not required

DB2, how does us being the dominant species suppress their evolution> Monkeys in the wild wont evolve more? I would think those that live in the jungles would evolve much like the theory said we...

    Re: ID not required

Here is what I dont understand, Salty. Do you believe that monkeys will eventually evolve to something closer to humans. Like they might be able to speak one day, lose hair, etc., like evolution...

DB2, I dont think it was a blanket statement for all or a logical statement. It was a specific statement to Salty and his beliefs.
