Give the one on Farmerville Hwy south of I-20 a try. I think it's better than the one on Tech Drive. Huddle House can be good but I've found it lacking in service if you're not a "regular".

The one I stop in fairly regularly in Marshall on the way to DFW is pretty good. The one in Bossier I go to sometimes is also pretty good. It's on the owners/managers.
