Pitch clock! Still remember that pitcher from Rice last year (their ace I think) who roamed and stood around so much. Pathetic and shouldn't be allowed.

Pitch clock! Still remember that pitcher from Rice last year (their ace I think) who roamed and stood around so much. Pathetic and shouldn't be allowed.
I know they are trying to speed up the game some, but pitchers should have to throw the pitch out. Seems like last year one of our opponents had a passed ball on a pitch out that moved our runner up....
