And the rumblings of 20+ trains daily for 50+ years with cheap construction and you have all the evidence you need for the major structural problems before the storm ever hit...
And add into the fact that it was constructed in 1970-1971 and state construction contracts during that time (EWE era) were iffy at best where quality and specifications were concerned...

I think The Love shack has one of the most picturesque locations in baseball and don't want it to be moved.

It will only cost TECH $9 to $12 million to build a new park with of price tag of $20 million plus...
Hale Hall should be on first base sight line from that area...

That has absolutely nothing to do with the stadium location - that’s a 98% admin issue
