My brother referred to lower Tolliver as the tonk while he was at TECH in the 60's. At least that is what I remember. He said it was the place to be!

I do love those In N Out burgers. Part of it is probably the fact that I just can't get them when I want them. Five Guys is a nice substitute though.

Skip the burger and get the chicken strips with gravy. The apple pie is also excellent.

I'll take In and Out any day of the week. I tried Pei Wei once, it sucked really bad.
I dare say that there is nothing random there from what I've seen. And by the way, one of my favorite burgers. I make sure to dine there every time there is one in the cities I visit.
That would be an excellent thing to do as it loosens the wallet the longer you stay! Casinos have been doing it for years.
