I've often wondered how they operate. Do players just have a code of conduct? Are they required to attend church? I can't imagine trying to manage all that...and recruit 18 year olds to it!

It is for Mormon's. Hebrew's celebrated it on Saturday, but Mormon's celebrate on Sunday because of the resurrection. All Christian religions do this as well.
