Agree. He has an interesting demeanor. He doesn't bother with displaying any outlandish emotions on the court. He is very much an "another day at the office" type but he leaves zero doubt that his...

Re: North Texas Game - Sat Sept 16th - Red Out game

Has there been any official changes at LB yet? Some of the season starters (#9 and #21) have been mostly non-existant when they are in the game. At least LB's #3 and #6 seem a bit more active and...

Re: Game Week Tech vs. FIU

I am genuinely interested in seeing how the Sunny and Hank combo does offensively. I am optimistic that we will see some good and exciting things from the offense. Pros being Hank has a lot of...

Re: Back to the important stuff....

Correct! I was referring to the Morocco, RSA, and Jamaica types. The US team are underachievers and foolishly under-the-influence (negatively) of someone/something, not underdogs.

Re: Back to the important stuff....

Good stuff. It is one of the great things about sports.....underdogs defying the odds, or the possibility of it.

    Re: 2023-2024 Roster

Well dang. I didn't realize I was a borderline basketball sharpshooter. Maybe those stats are for some other kind of sharpshooting. I guess it is important to put the best sales-pitch on this news.

Re: Preview: LA Tech vs. BYU Series

I expect Hegwood gets chewed out if he stopped at 2nd and LB believes he should be standing safe at 3rd with no outs. Hegwood was smart to obey the coaches call. He was booking it too around the...

Re: Preview: LA Tech vs. BYU Series

It sure does appear that there is little-to-no prep work done for many of these productions. It seems more of a show up one minute before and wing it for the first 30 minutes to get things going...

Re: Preview: LA Tech at UTSA

First half was the worst 3pt competition in the history of modern basketball. Both teams spent 10 to 15 minutes only shooting 3's and missing almost all of them.
  15. Re: Bulldogs Continue Conference USA Play at North Texas - latechsports.com

Is McNeil incapable of progressing through his receivers on play or is he not allowed too. If he is going to hold on too long then at least look at more than one potential receiver on the play.

Re: Lofton Declares for Draft, Leaves Door Open

Lofton's summer league debut Tuesday....9pts / 3 Rebs / 4 PF in 15 minutes. Pretty productive (except for the fouls). First game for Memphis. Good to see he already getting playing time.

    Re: GAME DAY vs. DBU

Agree, but something is still lacking when attempts to steal are made in suitable situations. Could just be TY has more experience being on base more and studying more.

Yeah, late March game. Looking back at the stat sheet there were several things that didn't help the cause that night. We had four wild pitches, two errors (both by the battery), 13 LOB, and we...
