There is no risk. Being 6-6 and not invited is a worse situation than going to a game. The upside is potentially very big.

Bowl games are HUGE EXPOSURE to recruits for your program. It is even bigger with this year being the first for early signees Dec. 20-22.
A regional bowl in LA or TX (where we recruit the heaviest)...
There will be some 6-6 G5 teams left out of bowls this year. I believe WKU will be one of them with their 1-4 finish capped by a blowout loss.

Yep. We are favored in all of our remaining games and 4 of them will be at home. This talk about a .500 or losing season is just nonsense.
