Just tried it and it worked for me, the username and password are case sensitive, so make sure you are typing all lowercase.

For Louisiana Tech’s 2017 football season, Experience Ruston is once again teaming up with the City of Ruston and the University to host seven game day experiences for locals and visitors alike....

That should be an option especially going forward.
