That makes sense. I bet weather is pretty hard on turf too though. It would be nice if we can get 10 years out of it. How old is WM's turf?

The first thing that came to my mind was that you don't have to replace grass. This will have to be replaced for upwards of $500K every 5 years or so, right? I was thinking it is MORE expensive.
