Actually, I'd be fine either way (Indy Bowl vs ACC, or AFB vs Army). Frankly, both are very good options for LA Tech in a year that we don't deserve many good options.

Even if LA Tech wins the last 2 games and makes it to a bowl game, the Bulldogs are still not a fun team to watch this year. The guy below is having more fun than people attending Tech games this...
.........but I'm sure it will be "Senior Day" at UTEP, so.......
They sure have a lot of firepower in this video. Lots of big names associated with Walk-On's. They've got Drew Brees, Dale Brown, Scott Van Pelt, Todd Graves (CEO of Raisin Canes), Notre Dame's Rudy...
....That kind of stuff happens when a business has no leadership with vision.
Love that story. Thanks for posting it.
But everybody doesn't know that. Many could view it differently. I'm a big fan of Marcus Lemonis, and have been for a long time. I know his style. But, 90% of the folks living in the Shreveport area...
You missed the point.
....So, if you owned a business, you wouldn't care if you pissed off a lot of local customers or potential customers by getting into an unnecessary squabble with a bowl game...

And you saw a much better show in Ft Worth than if you had stayed home and gone to the Indy.
I think that ship has sailed. LA Tech is well entrenched in CUSA now, and with 5 or 6 bowls to fill every year, Tech truly no longer "needs" the I-Bowl like it once did. IMO, LA Tech's brand has...
Yeah....I guess that "I-Bowl member" forgot that he wasn't talking about LA Tech this time. And he tried to use the same attitude.
Camping World owner Marcus Lemonis is all about "turning...
The above post is from 12/29/2012. And here we are, 4-years later, truer words have never been spoken. :) LA Tech has recovered nicely. The I-Bowl....not so much.
You are correct. Former LSU golfer Missy Setters is the Executive Director of the I-Bowl committee, and has been since 2006. She has been a member of the I-Bowl staff since 1996, serving previously...
