Consumers are typically paying $0.30 (low end) to $0.50 per gallon over invoice bulk price from the jobber -
It is not on futures -
Fuelman cards (bulk) run about $0.20 to $0.25 per gallon

Based on how I read the agreement - anything that opens within that "Buc-ee$ enterprise zone" will be given the same exemptions...

Never had an issue at Rotolos (unless it was Sunday after church) or Ponchatoulas - the others are notoriously slow and Dawghouse is historically slow service (they actually are slower than slow)
