I think it will be great for all the teams in the West. UTEP keeps thier alumni ties in Houston and DFW. Tulsa has some closer games. UTSA is just happy to be here. UNT will actually play some Texas...
How so? Tulane wants to be in the East, but has historically voted with the private school block in the CUSA. There will most likely be a rivalry game with Rice and a rotating one with Tulsa.
