Wait. What's the argument here? Are you saying that the non-traditional students who now attend LSUS couldn't handle Tech? Or that Tech won't still maintain a physical presence in Shreveport for them...
He sure does take some leaps of logic in there. Lots of assigning motives to big bad mean ole Tech.
