They closed the concession stand at 3:55 because they said they had to go the basketball game. Someone went down there and threw a fit and they opened it back up.

Unless I am mistaken none of the teams in the Final Four ever had to play a road game. I think it shows how good this team was to be so close to making it having to play two road games.
Also Pierce Spangler. Can't remember if he was signed or is a preferred walk-on. Seems there may have to be more room made on the current roster to accomodate these newcomers.
Well said Sooner. Dr. Sexton is a fine human being and is probably a lot more upset about this situation than anyone else on this board.
What does MTSU or some of the other Sunbelt schools have that we don't?
Very good. He settled down and was very effective. Wheels fell off in the 6th after he came out.
Sim took Antony out with two left handed batters coming up and put Alvis in to face the lefties. If I remember correctly Alivs walked the first and the second hit a homerun.
It remains to be seen if he will be academically eligible anyway. Can't plan on someone who may or maynot be there.
A lot of people complain about Dykes, but atleast Todd Berry isn't our coach.
He does look like a good athlete but also looks like a huge head case. Also dropped several easy passes.
Robin Ventura actually hit a walk-off grand slam in the playoffs for the Mets; however, he did not run around the bases so it only counted as a single in the record books.
Good news. Gandy is a very good hitter, it is good to see us getting some good local talent.
Saw both Coronado and Aulds pitch this year. Aulds got a lot more press but Coronado was a better pitcher when he was on and has a lot more upside. He could be a good pitcher for us in the future.
The one thing that stuck out to me last night was when Dooley was talking and he talked about getting the former lettermen involve in the program. Then he talked about Don Shows who is a former...
I don't think that we will get any good coach to come here if he is making less than the womens coach. The Techsters may have been the face of the university in the past but the two programs that...
Sim needs to shake things up tomorrow. Leave Rike and maybe Jericho in the lineup and sit everyone else. See if the guys on the bench can get anything done. We are not hitting when we get runners...
We are not a great team right now. We don't do the little things that good teams do to win close games, we don't move runners up, we can't manufacture runs. Our hitters are striking out to much and...
Amen! You don't even have to read what Buddy Davis writes because it is all the same, nothing ever controversial. RDL was good for a while when the Professor was writing there.
I believe that Boise's win comes at a very good time for Tech. We have been hearing the talk lately from the admin. about how things are going to change, well this should give Reneau even more...
What makes you so sure. I can't see us getting rid of two coaches in one year.
I don't have a problem with dropping LSU next year. Right now we need winnable games and the possibility of more home games. It may make more sense to drop Cal, but isn't this game part of the 2-1...
I don't know if he will have enough time this year to make much of a splash in recruiting. May have to wait until next year. I am very excited about how things are going now and I hope everyone...
Very well thought out and articulated post, had some very good ideas about how to move the athletic program foward. I would like to know what some of you think the odds are of any real changes being...
Haddox is the fastest player on RHS and he catches the ball much better than Freddie King; however he is small, he will probably sign with someone like Northwestern State.
