You are exactly right!!!! Which is why I want failsafe guarantees that the law would not be turned against gun supporters. I can see an anti-gun regime using this law against pro gun supporters....

Seems the CO shooter was under psychiatric care. As was the VTech shooter. On the surface I would be for denying such individuals the right to buy a gun as long as safeguards were in place to not use...
