Source: USC and UCLA are planning to leave for the Big Ten as early as 2024. Move *has not been finalized* at the highest levels of power.

They didn't change the number of games played, just the opponents. 1st few weeks would still be designated for OOC games.

My guess is someone is buying out the NC State series. Dr. Wood has stated that he wants 1 P5 $ game, 1 FCS game and H/A G5 games each year.
