Tech Football Season Tickets on Sale

RUSTON – Following Monday’s announcement of the hiring of Derek Dooley as Louisiana Tech’s head football coach, Bulldog fans have indicated a strong interest in purchasing season tickets now and joining CHAMPS immediately.

Thus, the Louisiana Tech Athletic Department is now taking orders for football season tickets for 2007 for the Bulldogs five-game home slate that will feature contests against Boise State, Hawaii, San Jose State, New Mexico State and Central Arkansas.

Three of those five games will be against bowl participants from this season, including Fiesta Bowl-bound and undefeated Boise State.

Season tickets reservations will be on a first come, first seat choice policy and all Louisiana Tech fans are urged to call the Tech Ticket Office at 318-257-3631 or email Tech Ticket Manager Brenda Milton at Milton@latech.edu to place your orders.

Ticket office is closed until January 2nd, please e-mail Brenda Milton with your season ticket request

Tech Athletic Director Jim Oakes announced that season ticket prices would be identical to last year, including:

CHAMPS Box Seats (available on renewal basis only) $160
Reserved West/East (bench seats) $85
Young Alumni (2002-2007 graduates – East bench) $50
Youth Reserved Seat (3-17 years – West/East bench) $50
Group Rate (10 or more @ $75 each, West Side) $750
Family WAC Pack (West Side: 3 children, 2 adult) $200
Family WAC Pack (East Side: 3 children, 2 adult) $175

Bulldog cushion seats are also available for $20 for renewals and $25 for new orders. These seats are permanent cushioned seats that will be installed in the appropriate seat location of the customer at Joe Aillet Stadium.

i planned on changing to DD, since i have sat up there by choudawg for 2 years.

instead, i got a west side family pack in section I. i will still sit in DD, until we start packing out the stadium and i have to sit in my own seats.

Ordered 10 in Section DD. I'm going back this year and can't wait! Its been a few years, and Tech's going to get the back season ticket money in season tickets for this coming year. Hopefully I'll love it so much I'll keep them.

There is always the Methodist Children's Home on games you can't attend. Also, it would be nice to start sending some of these from all of us to local high schools. If we could get them to coaches, does that break any rules? I think it wouldn't, unless we singled out a school and coach of a player that we want, right?
