Obama drops coronavirus bombshell: It's all due to climate change!
'We can't afford any more consequences of denial'
    Joe Kovacs By Joe Kovacs
    Published March 31, 2020 at 12:59pm

Former President Barack Obama dropped a political bombshell about coronavirus on Tuesday, claiming the global pandemic a result of denials about so-called man-made climate change.

"We've seen all too terribly the consequences of those who denied warnings of a pandemic," Obama tweeted.

"We can't afford any more consequences of climate denial."

Obama also urged people to use this pandemic as another reason to vote in the upcoming election.

TRENDING: Obama drops coronavirus bombshell: It's all due to climate change!

"All of us, especially young people, have to demand better of our government at every level and vote this fall," Obama concluded.

"Who denied the warnings of a pandemic?" Asked Limbaugh. "Trump didn't deny the warnings of a pandemic. The Democrats did! Pelosi! There are pictures of Pelosi in Chinatown, in San Francisco, urging people to come out."

"In all of this, Obama's worried about climate change, which is something that we can't control no matter what we do.," he continued.

"We didn't cause it and we cannot stop it. It's the weather. People that tell you it isn't the weather are lying to you because they tell us that increased hurricanes are climate change. Did we create hurricanes? Can we start one when we want it? Can we change the direction of one when it happens? Can we change the strength? No!

We can't change the squall line of thunderstorms. We can't make it cooler when it's sweltering. We can't warm it up when it's freezing. We don't have this kind of power, and here come these guys now claiming that we are destroying the climate -- the United States specifically is destroying the climate -- and now it's created this virus."

Limbaugh called Obama "irresponsible" for the tweet, lamenting how "climate change is somehow a more pressing issue than what is destroying the U.S. economy. ... We are letting this destruction of the U.S. economy happen."

Obama's remarks also sparked a wide variety of reactions on Twitter, including:

I heard AOC was recommending turning your home thermostat down to 65 and opening your doors and window to help cool it down .

One of the benefits of the shutdown is less CO2 emissions.

So....am I to assume you are attributing this late season wintry blast to a negligible curtailment in economic activity? True the airlines have cut back, but trucks have been rolling, thankfully.

But, are we to believe that...given your delusional take...that a couple of months of reduced activity will create blizzards!? Where is the scientific evidence to support such a contention? Should we ask Dr. Fauci!??

How can you be so clueless? From just transportation, jet fuel consumption is down 75%, gasoline 50% and diesel down 25% thereabouts. Industrial and commercial energy use is also way down.

More on the expected impact: https://www.carbonbrief.org/analysis...-co2-emissions

Will this have an impact? Not enough. But snow in Vermont hardly disproves global warming and climate change. Your ridiculous post warranted a slightly less ridiculous reply.

Middle of May...Louisiana....usually by now it's 90+ with high humidity. Instead, it's 71F with very low humidity, a gorgeous day, again. If this is climate change, then who do I need to send the Thank You card to?

Get ready! NASA scientists confirmed that we are heading toward a Dalton Mininum, last seen between 1790-1830. Reduced solar activity will cause Earth's surface temps to drop by as much as 2 degrees which will cause severe and extended winters, even a mini-ice age if it lasts for several decades...which it might.

Ya see, despite what the morons tell you...like algore and his goofy zealous followers...it's the sun that determines the Earth's climate, with occasional short-term "help" from mega-volcanoes, like Mt. Tambora did in 1815.

And check this out. Very interesting.

The Magnetic North Pole Is Rapidly Moving.
It started in Canada and now it's inching closer to Siberia. .

Earth's magnetic north pole has shifted away from Canada and closer to Siberia at a rapid pace in recent years.
Researchers believe two massive blobs on molten iron in Earth's outer core may have spurred the runaway pole.
There's no telling where it will end up.
The magnetic north pole just isn't where it used to be.

Ever since James Clark Ross first identified it on the Boothia Peninsula in Canada's Nunavut territory in 1831, scientists have been carefully measuring its location ever since. But in recent years, it's been inching closer and closer to Siberia at a surprisingly rapid pace.

Now, researchers from U.K. and Denmark say they've uncovered the reason for this mysterious movement: Two writhing lobes of magnetic force are duking it out near Earth's core.

    So much for "Global Warming".

Somebody needs to do a follow-up documentary on Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth". Nothing he said came true. What a douche.

The magnetic poles are moving? It's obviously Trump's fault. And, I bet Trump doesn't have an over-paid, under-performing department to deal with it, either. Maybe he can put Dr. Fauci in charge of that. Wear a mask! No wait, don't wear a mask! Oh wait...yes, do wear a mask!
