Tech batting is so easy to beat. 1st pitch- throw a fastball straight down the center of the plate and we won't swing at it, 2nd pitch- throw junk, we are almost guaranteed to swing at it. After that take advantage of the 2 strikes and no balls advantage.

I hate it when coaches make their players take until they get a strike.
What is going on with the relief pitching?

Gandy hits what we thought was an RBI sac fly to CF to score Kimbell.
UTA appeals to 3rd, and the umps rule that Kimbell left early and calls him out to erase the run.

Anybody at the game said if the scoreboard is working today?
This is a pathetic start to the season. It's unacceptable to lose a home series to a poor Southland opponent. UTA was picked to finish 8th in the SLC this year. We've been outscored 25-12 so far. We've made 6 errors in 2 games. We haven't been competitve so far. We better get it together quickly.
It's going to be a long season.
I think it's time for a change from Simoneaux
