Dual Quarterbacks The offense brings two quarterbacks onto the field for a play. This is typically utilized when a team's second or third-string quarterback has dual-threat ability, confusing the defense as to how the play will develop, and who will be passing the ball. Teams may keep one of the quarterbacks far wide as a receiver and throw a screen pass to him on a Double Pass play, where he then throws deep downfield or across the field to the scrambling quarterback. Seneca Wallace and Matt Hasselbeck were used in this package by the Seattle Seahawks in 2009. In Week 8 of the 2008 season, the Baltimore Ravens lined up Troy Smith at halfback next to Joe Flacco in the shotgun. Flacco handed the ball off to Smith, who rolled to the right, and then lobbed the pass back down the sideline to a sprinting Flacco for a gain of 43 yards.
I think he was out there as WR on a couple of plays towards the end of the season.
In high school Isham also played wide receiver.

He caught two passes in the bowl game, one of which was the 2nd or 3rd play of the game.
Nich Isham has not played WR this spring. We have a HOST of receivers out here many of which are walk-ons.

We sure do lose some good ones after 2012. We'll still be relatively deep at WR after that??????
We lose a lot of everything next year. 2013 will be interesting!
In 2013 we will return D.J. Banks, Jacarri Jackson, & D.J. St. Julien along with slot receivers Noah Cheshier, Scott Cathcart, & Jon Greenwalt. Hopefully, a couple of 2012 signees will be good receivers such as Jaydrick DeClouette & Grant Childress.
2013 will indeed be interesting, on many fronts.

What are the biggest needs at WR - inside or outside?
Is the final spring roster posted anywhere?
