Heard the same thing myself. Have a nice life little man.
I was really looking forward to him being solid backup this year, or possibly even RSing, and then taking over in 2013. Shame.
Good luck to you Nick.
Now that he's gone can I come out and say that I've always thought he was a grade A d-bag?
funny thing is that if you would have joined LaTech Rivals then you would have known about this Sunday morning
Maybe he's taking a cue from the Duck Commander and leaving football to pursue his true calling.
Does the fact that the news came out yesterday not strike anyone else as odd..?
I thought he was a great QB, I was hoping he would red-shirt this year and be the man for 3 years...he is a playmaker, I hate to see him leave...if he would have been our #2, he was one play away from starting, if CC would get injured. I wish him well wherever he ends up

Does anyone know the reason?
I have two immediate visions of Nick:
One, the Houston game, at midfield, throwing an out pattern across the field. The ball was intercepted and returned for a TD.
Two Saturdays ago, 30 minutes AFTER the first scrimmage of the spring, Nick was taking extra practice throwing out patterns to a teammate receiver.
Neither time there wasn't that "zip" on the ball.

So who is our #2 now?
