I'm only putting this on here because of the circumstances under which he was arrested. Kane Whitehurst, a fresham WR from Chattahoochee, Ga. was arrested for marijuana possession, after someone called in reporting that he was doing figure eights in a parking garage in his BMW SUV at 3:30 AM. The officer smelled burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle and he found a pipe, grinder, and a small bag of marijuana. This is taking "dumb and stupid" to a new level. If you drive wrecklessly at 3:00 AM in the morning in a parking garage, leave the weed in your dorm room where the cops can't find it.

Same thing when a guy is pulled over by the police for going 90-100mph on the interstate...then they look in the trunk and find it to be full of weed!!! Why speed when you know the cops could stop you???.....and.....

I suspect the marijuana was a major part of the decision to drive wrecklessly at 3 am, and also responsible for the decision to not get rid of the evidence.
