The foremost question in my mind is why in the heck does the NCAA let something like this (assuming that it has merit) fester for three years while the school involved produces a Heisman winner and a NCAA national champion women's basketball title? Why does the NCAA always move like molasses on a morning when you have to break ice to duck hunt? Three years is one year short of an athletes eligibility for crying out loud. As much money as the NCAA rakes in annually they should be able to respond to these matters much faster.
