I agree with you. People laughed at me a few months ago when I stated that UTSA and Texas St would be quality additions to the 2012 WAC....AFTER they had been members of the WAC for about 5 years. Now some of those same people who were laughing then are now concerned that UTSA might usurp LA Tech's chances of getting into CUSA.
IMO, UTSA could have made a respectable showing in a 2012 WAC that included Texas St, NMSU, SJSU, etc... But asking UTSA to compete at the CUSA/MWC Alliance level is a joke. They can't do it. I hope we beat 'em 75-0 this year.
