It's the first time in the history of the polls that an incumbent prez trails at this stage of an election cycle. Heck! Carter led Reagan by 20 pts all the way thru the conventions in late summer, 1980. The first televised debate, in early September, pushed Reagan even to Carter and subsequent debates and the campaigns got Reagan a slight lead...in the polls. But, come election day.....Bam! major landslide victory for America!

But, America has changed a lot in the last 30 years. Half the population believes in entitlements. They are willing to abdicate responsibility for themselves in favor of being "taken care of." Kinda like a family dog.....just feed me, master.

This election will be fairly close, but I expect Romney to win. Er, I expect AMERICA to win!

Agree. He probably should have said, "America loses at a slower pace with Romney than with Obama." Obama wants total destruction today and begin to rebuild a socialist state tomorrow. Romney just doesn't realize big government is not the answer to the impending destruction of America. He is not out to intentionally destroy traditional America, but his policies are of no help.

The real tit suckers in America are the corporations, especially those involved in government contracts, but all who lobby the government for special perks. The poor and the disabled who don't work aren't the cause of our current economic malaise. The ordinary employees who pay the taxes are being screwed by big government. Look to Wall street if you are looking for those who are taking your tax money and putting it into their pockets.

You have to understand that he thinks because corporations aren't paying 99% taxes, that the government is giving corporations money by not taxing them.

No, what I'm saying is that the tax money that the government distributes to the poor and disable is a very small compared to the tax money that the government distributes to corporations. I'm not against free enterprise but the current system of corporations and wall street sucking the federal tit is what is driving our deficits, not government money going to the poor and the disabled.
