Remember how those two in particular wanted Congress to "read the bill" when it came to the healthcare law? Maybe they should follow their own advice?

It doesn't actually stop protesting or make free speech/protesting a felony punishable by jail. It's when it gets out of hand, and we have often seen with the OWS crowd, does it become punishable by jail.

Hum....please define "gets out of hand" per what Obama/Holder and their ilk would consider "gets out of hand".

I think this will be struck down as unconstitutional by the SC.

Uh, no? You know perfectly well what "out of hand" means.

Here is the ACLU take on it.
    http://www.aclu.org/blog/free-speech...g-protest-bill

They correctly point out that it could make it easier for the Secret Service to overuse or misuse the statute to arrest lawful protesters. But it does not limit your speech or protesting anymore or less than laws and practices that had already been in place.

    Read the law.

Not "Obama's" bill. Here's Rep. John Fleming (R) explaining why he supported the bill.

Filed by a Republican Congressman from Florida and passed 399 - 3; in the Senate filed by a Democratic Senator and passed by unanimous consent.

The old saying applies. "Give them an inch and they will take a mile."
