This map cannot be accurate. Where are all of the teams west of the Rockies? What will the travel fans do with all the money and time saved by being in a conference East of the Rocky mountains?
What's it like to get up Saturday morning and drive to an away game? And still make it to the tailgate early?

But now you could do it for every home game, plus Tulane, Rice, USM, UAB and maybe UNT. Not to mention the occasional game against ATM, Miss State and others. Pretty sweet after playing Fresno, Boise, Hawaii, etc.
Do that for every Tech home game anyway.[/QUOTE]
I always kinda liked ECU logo with the skull.
This is where I got the idea for my avatar.
That is pretty freaking sweet.
How fun will this be! Tech fans from North Louisiana can legitimately travel to watch the Dawgs plan 7 times on the road.
From Shreveport to:
Denton: 4 hours
Houston: 4 hours
New Orleans: 5 hours
Hattiesburg: 5 hours
Tulsa: 6 hours
Birmingham: 7 hours
San Antonio: 7 hours
El Paso: 13 hours
Huntington: 14 hours
Greenville: 17 hours
Miami: 18 hours
It's ashame that it almost takes longer to get to El Paso, Texas than it does to get to Huntington, West Virginia. SMH.
