I took the last 4 seasons and weighed each successive season 10% more than the previous season. I thought this was the best way to look at where each program stands.

We need more consistency in Men's and Women's BB and we need to get better in baseball. I'm confident in our football program. Thanks for the info!
Huh? I thought one of the main selling points of Charlotte was the basketball program? Hopefully Old Dominion joins.
North Texas is 7th in men's basketball? Not hardly. The Mean Green has had a damn good men's basketball program the last couple of years.
And UNC-Charlotte is 10th? Remind me again why they got invited to CUSA?

Men's basketball is going to make a BIG move. Just removing Sim will also have a significant impact.
Basketball will make a big move under White's direction (the latetest two commits may be game-changers by themselves), and replacing Sim should result in an immediate improvement in baseball. Clearer?
Contrary to what some have posted in the WBB section, C-USA is a weak WBB league. Stronger than the WAC but still weak compared to the other sports. There will be no excuse for us not to finish in the top 2 every year.
How does cusa compare in golf?
I didn't realize unt had such a good golf team.
