    Fresh off a season that saw Louisiana Tech advance to the championship game of the Western Athletic Conference Tournament, the Bulldogs basketball program added a talented wing to the roster as coach Mike White signed Jaron Johnson to a national letter of intent Monday during the late signing period.

    This looks like a quality kid, as well as player.

    Mom is a principal. Dad a teacher and coach. Both played at Tyler JC, were Jaron is transferring from.

    His older brother also played there before moving on to Iowa and playing professionally overseas.
