    How does the football team look? I saw one magazine had us picked 25th preseason. Defense is going to be our weakness?

    There may be a ceremonial groundbreaking sooner but as far as any real dirt being moved it won't happen until this time next year. All money is either in hand or bondable so that means D&E can begin but that will take about a year.
