Apparently only available on mobile version of website. 11/9 @ Tulane; 11/12/12 SOUTH CAROLINA; 11/16/12 @ Miss St.; 11/20/12 CENTRAL ARKANSAS; 12/1/12 OLE MISS; 12/12/12 MCNEESE; 12/16/12 @ LSU this is added to what was already posted. I think this finishes non conference schedule
I was also surprised to see Ole Miss on the schedule
Wow...what a schedule to start
Ole Miss was a surprise to me also. Not only is Wiggins coming back but the Techsters number 1 recruit a couple of years ago in Sha'Kayla Caples ( NJCAA National Player of the Year 2011-2012). Should be an interesting game.
This will be only the second time since the 1990-91 season that the Lady Techsters haven't played Western Kentucky.
Non-Conference Opponents by Conference
5 - SEC (LSU, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Texas A&M)
1 - Big East (Rutgers)
1 - C-USA (Tulane)
1 - Sun Belt (Arkansas-Little Rock)
3 - Southland (Central Arkansas, McNeese State, Oral Roberts)
0 - SWAC
I am gonna have some people laughing at me but McNeese State and Central Arkansas will not be easy games for us. They are both very decent teams that should be returning a bulk of their team.
wow, very nice out of conference play for the Techsters this year!
we will be tested early and often... hopeing we are up for the challange!
Phil, I agree about McNeese State. The Baggett twins are awesome players. Also. their younger sister ( Louisiana 2A? ) player of the year was released from ULL when they hired a new coach and she signed with McNeese to play with them this year. I remember driving to Lake Charles to watch the Techsters versus McNeese when we had Shanavia and Adrienne a few years ago. Needless to say, I left disappointed.
