Second jump is 6.37 m.... Tied for 12th going into the last round...
Brittney Reese, the gold medal favorite, has 2 fouls so far... Chelsea is gonna have to improve on her next jump... I don't think her jump will hold on to that #12 mark through the final round... Let's go!

I think 6.37 m is equal to 20'10.5". That's about 2.5 feet shy of her personal best at the trials,
She finished in 16th of 32 overall... just 4 cm from advancing...

Darn it- I was hoping to watch tonight and actually see her compete and doing well. Oh well, I am still proud of all of our TECH people that qualified!
I was too. I was already dreaming about a final jump for a medal scenario. I truly live through our athlete's performances. Great opportunity to experience the Olympics, way cool.
Congrats and thank you to all of our Olympians! They made us proud and represented us well.
