A question for the admins. I don't remember the privacy policy from when I signed up and assume you don't like to spam members but wouldn't this qualify as an announcement worth emailing to BBB members? Maybe send and "opt in" email to receive the occasional notification of "legitimate" awards like this.
Not every silly little thing that comes up but big things like when a player or coach is up for a big national award or recognition that allows fan voting.
I see that there are >37k members. If we could only get 5% of those people to vote a few times that would send CC catalpulting past Johnny boy.
Maybe limit emails to people that list themselves as Tech alumni/supporters in their profiles and have posted >x times in the last y months or something.
I know I wouldn't mind an opt in email. Whatcha think?
