RL3 @ the Shreveport Times says that it's a broken femur, and all 4 ligaments torn.... wow.

And a chipped knee cap as well according to other Twitter reports. The injury was even worse than I feared. I figured the ligaments were toast, but I didn't even think about the femur.

Just showed the play on SportsCtr - yikes looked like a twig snapping. He must have gone into shock to be sitting up when they took him away..."bad luck" and "that's football" are true but in this case I hope he can be fixed well enough to walk without a limp and maybe be able to play sports...modern medicine works wonders thankfully

Dislocated knee and some torn ligaments. No broken bones. Seems to have looked a lot worse than it is, but still pretty bad.
