I was thinking about this last night. Texas or Tennessee are top two for sure. But Miami or Va Tech in the Music City Bowl would be awesome.
West Virginia would score 137 points in 3 quarters against us.
Georgia in the Sugar or Florida State in the Orange. Need Boise to lose and for "THE" TECH to win out. If not, something I can travel to against another ranked opponent which we win in a similar fashion to the beat down we put on Idaho.

Which would lead to a great 4th quarter.
This game would make Baylor/Washington from last year's Alamo Bowl look like a defensive slugfest.

If we're not in a BCS bowl, I'd like a recognized name from a BCS conference. To me another Big 10 team (like Wisconsin or Northwestern), SEC (Georgia!! or maybe South Carolina), ACC (Va Tech, NC State or Carolina), and Navy would be be in there.
Personally I would want to face an opponent that if we defeat vaults us to a higher perception, but if we were to lose then our perception would remain positve. Top picks: LSU, OK, or South Carolina. Honorable mentions USC, Texas, FL State, or maybe a little redemption against Clemson.
USC right now would be a good game. Similar to the A&M game but we wouldn't come out sluggish.
