If you don't like Spangler, you shouldn't be in love with Dykes. He's the one that keeps Spangler.

No way they're going to get rid of him during this season as long as we keep winning. Off season... thats a whole other ballgame...

Although I would have gotten rid of him by now Dykes probably doesn't want to rock the boat in the middle of the most successful season we have had in recent memory. I don't like that reasoning but I can accept it. If he doesn't get rid of him this offseason I'm not sure I can continue to support him.
There will be No successful season with this defense. Might escape tonite....maybe. But after that we are looking at three straight embarrassing losses.
Just win tonite.....56-55, or whatever! and that'll be it.
I say we break out a window at his house and have him packed when he gets home. I will buy a new window so they can sell the house.
The thing is that firing Spangler couldn't hurt anything. What's it going to do, make the defense play with less confidence?
I say go for it, and hope to catch lightning in a bottle.
Really....what's it gonna hurt to fire Spangler? The defense might go into the tank? Who cares? The whole starting defense might quit? Who cares? Let 'em.
