Charles Watson (I think he goes by Charlie on the show) is a Tech grad.
Since I'm not familiar with the show, I had to look up Charlie Watson and was glad to see Tech mentioned until I got to the next paragraph of his bio. Maybe someone needs to get him to update/fix it?
"Thirty-six-year-old Charlie Watson is a forensic firearms expert, but at night he moonlights as Red Jacket's technical troubleshooter. Charlie is a Baton Rouge native and attended Louisiana Tech University where he received a degree in Animal Biology. He then attended LSU where he received a Masters Degree in Natural Science. He has a passion for the science of weaponry. To Charlie, it's all about the precision and the physics.
When not at Red Jacket or on duty, Charlie enjoys spending time with his family (he is married with one child) and tinkering on old BMWs. Like every true Baton Rouge native he cheers for the LSU Tigers football team."
He doesn't cheer for the Dogs?!
I am a Tech grad born and raised here in Baton Rouge and I am a Louisiana Tech Bulldog through and through!
Go to Charlie's Face Book Page and Thank him for coming up... http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fb...type=1&theater
Been here in BR since '81. They still haven't got me to root for the purple and piss.
Instead of being petty, why dont yall just be thankfull he is willing to attend. Who knows maybe he will like what he sees. Piss him off before he gets here and you may never see him again.
Welcome home Charlie!
Charlie Watson grew up down in the BR area. His dad is an LSU grad and has season tickets. Both Charlie and his brother Ryan are Tech grads, and Charlie got his masters at LSU. I do not fault them for being LSU fans.
I think it is cool that his attending this Saturday's game is not just him coming back for a game, but an actual Sons of Guns appearance with apparently additional cast members. Just need the Duck Dynasty guys to come over... Hell, didn't Billy the Exterminatory come to a game a couple years back?
He's a fan of a school he ACTUALLY attended, which is unlike about 3.5 million other Louisianians.
Way to go Tech. Announce something like this 2 days before it happens....
Is this a promotion for their show?
