What would be a good place to park a car to easily unload, or easily drop off, a wheelchair bound person? Usually I park at either Neilson or the softball stadium, but that doesn't seem like the best idea.

When my mom was still alive (2004) I used to drive right up to the stadium and drop her off then go park. I would hope you could still do the same.
Just explain to the officers what you're doing and they should let you through.
There is usually handicap parking in the lot right across from the elevator to the skybox depending on what time you get there. Like lightnin says, though. The officers are pretty good about letting people through with situations that aren't the norm. Just explain and they'll most probably let you through and probably let you park if there's space.
We are sitting on the east side.
I sir am far from a peasant, we choose to sit on the east side. The eastside has more spirit and less Dinosaurs. So stay on the west side in the shade with your plastic bag over your blue hair and strain your eyes to look all the way across the field and that is where the best fans are.
The Eat Side is the BEST Side if you like to stand for 3rd down plays or stand for Kick-offs etc. I prefer sitting with students even with season tickets. Tech student section ROCKS!!!
I like the West Side because I'm not blinded by the sun and get to actually enjoy the game.
