C-USA could pull 10 schools out of the Belt before reaching the ulx's. Not much chance of either of them getting in.

Mostly agree. Look at the teams in CUSA. They all represent chunks of TV markets. They are not going to add schools and overlap their markets just to have more schools.

We have North Louisiana market locked up so ULM is out. With Tulane leaving, CUSA may consider ULL with hopes of it bringing the New Orleans market. But I doubt many in NO are interested in ULL.

New Orleans' French are Parisian and look down on the Acadian French of the bayous. They call those in the rural parishes: boogalees. Not sure the origin of that term, but I do know it is not a term of endearment. So, New Orleans doesn't give a nutria's ass about the silly Cajuns.
