Just curious. Is the football team practicing?
There are only a set # (21 maybe) of practices a team can have before a bowl game. I'm sure they won't start until they know who the opponent will be.
But, I'm sure the individual players, or in small groups, are staying in shape on their own.....right?
They've finally received some "days off."
MNelson tweeted this a.m. he and two others are returning to Ruston today.

Yeah....silly me. I forgot it's only been a few days of down time. Dayum! I am so wired sometimes!
But, heck! I can't even sit still at games when I'm just being a fan.

We talking about PRACTICE?
I think they get 15 practices, correct? Unlimited number of weight, conditioning, and film sessions.
I think it might be more than that Hook. Not exactly sure though. I was thinking closer to 20. Maybe 21-23? I could be way off.
Could be. I was just going by what I thought somebody on here said last year about this time. But then my memory from this morning is pretty bad, so you are probably correct. :icon_wink:
Googling it:

So it seems like the later the bowl, the better off you are....
Have to say that I am surprised by this. The NCAA seems like it never misses the chance to regulate something....
Wonder how the 15 number got started?
