    Sounds to me like.....

    Tech doesn't respect the I-Bowl or the process. Now they are left on the outside and aside from BVDV taking some blame, they want to blame everyone else. Bottom line, Tech missed the deadline because they THOUGHT they might have another offer......One in the hand is worth two in the bush.....

    I think the process is broke if you don't have an automatic tie-in. There was too much happening to make a good decision. We had all the information at about 3:00 yesterday, but that was too late.
