Nice try at history revision. That crew was horrible, but don't incorrectly state the one part of that 22-minute delay that they got right. The play in that series before the delay did not count, so there were only 4 plays run. There was no 5th down.

And I blame the replay official, not the on-field crew, for the length of the delay. That does not excuse the constant confusion and total lack of explanation of what was going on by head ref Robert Cameron that also happened in the Tech games that crew worked this year.

So I've wondered why our outgoing quarterback is getting no press? Did he suffer a concussion or some other physical injury late in the season or was the only injury to his confidence when he finally threw his first interception of the season? Any hints about his potential NFL draft status?

I really want to adopt an NFL team as a favorite right now. NO, Steelers, San Fran, etc., are no longer Holding my attention without a former Tech starter making plays.

I will say that the New Orleans Bowl has a really cool trophy. In fact it's one of the best of all the bowls.

The second one given to ULL was on a pass that ULL caught after it bounced off the ground. No review by the WAC officials. It should have been an incomplete pass.

And this should go to The Pit. Posters with negative rep should not be allowed to start threads.
Nahhh, they were both good......the end zone catch was shown Sunday morning on a ESPN highlight show and the one punched out was reviewed and was good. The officials got em right.

It really does go both ways with the name debate in Lafayette. For every "Louisiana", there is a "ULaLa", which was used on SportsCenter throughout Saturday and Sunday. And you are correct about the fact they were "Louisiana-Lafayette" throughout the game on ESPN.
