No reason to bring it up.
Great game. I am heartbroken, but the saints were the better team today.
I sure wasn't going to post about the game today. Time of Poss: N.O. 41:59 to 22:28 for Dallas with total offensive plays Saints 75 - 37 for Dallas. Saints rolled up 562 yards against the boys.
Hum....7-1 against the boys since 1998 huh? :icon_wink: No I wasn't going to post about this game at all. That said, good luck against RGIII in Washington next week.

The 2009 game was after the Saints, 13-0, had just wrapped homefield advantage throughout the playoffs, and all of that. Not much incentive to play hard and get someone hurt. Remember, the Saints finished 13-3....to further drive home the point they really didn't care much. Then, after a bye week, they throttled the Cardinals 50+ to not very much!! But, the Cowboys thought they had really pulled off a big win then . (not if the Saints had cared....)
Before the game yesterday, Jay Glazer reported Jason Garrett was safely back as their coach. Hmmm....
There is something most satisfying about beating Dallas.
Don't even start that, we had 7 defensive starters out and an eight, Demarcus Ware, miss 3 quarters. Not only are our two starting linebackers on IR, but both of their backups were out and we had two linebackers and a safety playing who have been on the team less than a month. I'm sure the saints have the same story as does every other nfl team. The Saints won and that is the bottom line

If Garrett's job is safe, regardless of the outcome of the Skins' game, that's one thing. But, if he needs that win, or it will help greatly, I'm rooting for the 'boys. That's right, I am!
BTW, just a question, why wasn't the ball brought back to the Dallas 19 on the Colston fumble? I thought the offense couldn't benefit from a fumble that rolls forward. It was a catch and a fumble, even though Garrett whined about it afterwards. But, I was expecting it to be Saints' ball at the 19. Any of you rules' gurus have an explanation?
Thanks.
Now this is funny no matter who you cheeer for.
Whatever. So check out how many of our DB's and SS were out.

Everyone has become too dependent on technology.
Two things about that play:
1) helluva throw by Romo, clutch 4th down pass, game on the line.
2) what the hell was our DB thinking??? He turned to run like there was plenty of field to defend. It was less than 5 yards to the end of the EZ! Good defense has become a lost art.
The Saints were the better team on Sunday, congratulations to y'all.
GO COWBOYS!!! Beat the Redskins!!
