Obama won because he is trying to do the right thing. I advocated creating a political-forum section more than a decade ago, but far too many people still want to make Louisiana Tech sound like a redneck-teabagger college by posting this kind of rich-folks-are-us-crap on the main forum pages. Drop the hate and talk about sports or go to the political forum and express every prejudice and every hate there! I come to the sports board to learn about Tech sports, and many here are experts on that. But let's leave religion and politics outside this venue. God doesn't love any football team or any nation or any denomination, etc., more than others. Tebow to the contrary.

Bussing the homeless to the polls in swing states was mostly what reelected Obama.
There's nothing wrong with bussing homeless to the polls, they have just as much a right to vote as anyone else. And please don't confuse the historic TEA PARTY to the group of clowns today that just want to cause trouble. I'm not for Obama but I am for AMERICA and right now the Republicans are NOT for America. It pisses me off. Washington was right! Party politics suck!

The Grand Bargain debacle pisses me off. If the Republicans were truly interested in tackling the debt and deficit they would have compromised. Instead, they are simply out to blunt Obama at every chance just to try to score political points. Republicans are not for America, they are for Republicans. It is making the greatest government in the world look like a banana republic. It sickens me! I'm not too high on Obama's arrogance either but stop the games and let's get to business!I promise to make no more political posts here. I apologize to the others for my posts only. I stay away from the politics section because after viewing it, it is only a bunch people saying thing loudly to each other. Anybody with a different opinion can take a hike so I don't post there.
