    Hard to be on the NCAA's side on this one.

    It grossly overreached on the Penn State issue and invented rules where none existed before or exist now.

    Yet on something 100% within NCAA juridiction (the 15+ year academic scandal involving athletes at North Carolina), it appears that the NCAA has taken what few marbles it has left and has gone back to Indianapolis.

    I didn't read the SI article. Didn't the PA governor vote to punish PSU per the NCAA?

    No...the NCAA argument is that the governor does not work for Penn State.
