"If San Diego State bolts, one option for the Big East is to completely drop the West Coast footprint that it started with Boise and SDSU in mind, according to a league source who said up to eight teams are potential San Diego State/Boise replacements."

It's not negativity. It's called objectivity.

I never said anything negative about the WAC, our conference that many of our fans trashed, and I haven't said anything negative about the new C-USA, our future conference that many of our "optimistic" fans are trashing. Yet, I'm criticized for being the negative one.

I'm not sure you can give the Philly market to Delaware. Wilmington De has only 188,420 DMA TV homes. I think that is a better representation of Delaware's market. sure you can give them some of the Philly market, but that market is dominated more by Penn State then even Temple (which is in the city). I doubt that the Big East would consider Delaware as having that large a market. and anyway...it is a duplicate market to Temple.
