La. Tech Pride is Starting our Bowl season:
...Bowl Game called the Casino Del SOL Bowl I believe, something like that. Guys He was the offense for the East...period. Had the most yards gained by either side. Congratulations. He also had a lengthy interview during the game and talked briefly about not going to a bowl with his team, that was disappointing...but was happy to be playing in this ALL Star game in Phoenix (I believe this is where that bowl was played)...Oh, it was extremely cold during the game. The little fans that were there were bundled up with many blankets.:icon_wink:

It was in Tucson, wish I could have gone and see him play. It was around 40 degrees here last night which is extremely chilling for us Tucsonians

• Myles White with 3 nice catches, as well. Myles also had a chance for an acrobatic catch on an underthrown deep pass in the third quarter, but the DB made a nice play on the ball to break it up.

• As the game went on, Ray and Myles both gained opportunities, as did other players for both squads, when it was obvious who was productive and who was not. Ray was the only running back for either team who could consistently get to the second level, and he did it out of multiple formations.

• Every NFL and CFL team had multiple scouts at the game. If fact, there were more scouts at the game than there were players, including several NFL general managers.

• Tech was mentioned throughout the game, and the interview with Ray is at the 2:45 mark of the ESPN3 broadcast.

• This might have been a better game if the QB play on both sides, the East in particular, wasn't so brutal. It is amazing what happens to a QB when everybody on the defense is a quality player with speed.

I was in Tuscon yrs ago=== 100 degree-- drove to Flagstaff( 60 miles, no speed limit) was SNOWING before I got to Flagstaff-- had to put the roof up ( started at Phoenexian so I guess I was in Phoenix, as Gilda would say--"forget about it")
